Yulista Holding, LLC is seeking a Program Manager based in Anchorage to lead the Donlin Gold Project. The program manager will ensure project goals align with strategic objectives while building high-performing teams. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering and possess significant experience in environmental services with project management capabilities.

As the Program Manager, you will work on‑site in Anchorage and lead the capture, execution, and growth of work associated with the Donlin Gold Project. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities, building and leading high‑performing project teams, and delivering complex work safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will work alongside representatives from Calista and Calista Brice and will foster strong relationships with the client, partners, and community representatives while ensuring alignment with project goals and long‑term strategic objectives.

The work environment is fast‑paced, multi‑tasking, requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. Work is performed both in the office and at indoor and outdoor job sites, including occasional overtime for immediate field support or bid processing. Adaptability regarding schedule and design changes is required.
