Job summary

Henderson Engineers, Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead production staff across multiple projects within our design and construction practice.

You will assign responsibilities, oversee performance, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality drawings, specifications, and analyses on time and within scope. Collaborating with sector leadership and clients, you’ll ensure strong relationships, pursue opportunities, and help shape our project delivery standards while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business (years of experience may substitute).
• Eight or more years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in personnel or project management.
• Proven ability to grow and develop client-focused engineering teams and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead production staff and project managers, aligning resources with projects.
• Supervise project execution and client service to ensure consistent delivery.
• Manage staffing, performance evaluations, and employee development.
• Collaborate with leadership to pursue proposals and profitable fee structures.
• Ensure drawings, specifications, reports, and analyses meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
