Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• Alternative: 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, execution and performance reviews with customers.
• Manage schedules and budget in accordance with contracts and policy.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, and engineering teams for on-time, on-budget deliveries.
• Lead proposal development, negotiations, and formal definitization.
• Provide guidance to the project team on schedule and technical challenges.
• Apply EVMS framework and manage financial and manpower analyses.
