Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Previous experience managing mid-size to large, complex programs including development or system integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule and technical performance of US DoD programs through all phases from proposal to completion.
• Coordinate resources including engineering staffing, subcontractors, production, quality and facilities to meet targets.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, financials and performance to stakeholders.
• Travel to customer locations up to 20%.
• Negotiate contracts and contract changes.
