Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Senior Specialist, Program Manager to lead planning, execution, monitoring and closure of proposals and production programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall customer and business case performance of the program portfolio to time, cost and quality.
• Lead IPTs through business case formulation for development and production opportunities.
• Ensure programs are planned to deliver on business case objectives and customer contracts.
• Apply planning elements: requirements, milestones, risk and resource management, critical path scheduling.
• Monitor and control program execution with integrated cross-functional approaches.
• Develop and manage internal performance scorecards for programs.
