Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Program Management in Camden, AR to direct all phases of programs from proposal development through completion.

You will drive program execution to meet financial objectives and coordinate with customers, production and supply chain teams to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries. Essential qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; advanced degrees or more experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus minimum 6 years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 4 years of experience; or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from proposal development through completion.
• Drives program execution to meet business and financial objectives for orders, revenue, profit, and cash flow for an existing product line.
• Assists with customer contact for program activities, leading reviews with customers for proposal development, negotiations, and execution.
• Supports production and supply chain teams to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveries.
• Manages IMS and overall program plan; briefs customer and upper management on all facets of the program.
• Travel up to 15% and ability to obtain a US security clearance.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree + 6 years of related experience

Graduate Degree + 4 years of related experience

10+ years of related experience in lieu of degree
