Job summary

Google seeks a strategic program leader to partner with DCID in delivering data center compute capacity. You will help shape the operating cadence, including OKRs, budgeting, and executive communications, while embedding scalable AI to improve efficiency and data integrity.

You will work with leadership and stakeholders to implement standard operating procedures, governance, and performance reviews across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks and ensure strategic priorities are executed.
• Craft company-wide communications and drive change-management initiatives.
• Develop SOPs and own OKRs, annual budgets, and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with teams to deploy scalable AI and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate DCID with other teams and translate priorities.
