Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager for Strategy and Operations within Data Center Investments and Development (DCID). You will partner with leadership to design operating cadences, OKRs, and budgeting, and help accelerate decision-making with scalable processes and AI tooling.

You will coordinate across real estate, finance, and engineering, drive SOPs, and translate strategic priorities into actionable work streams that support data center growth globally.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Act as a team multiplier by managing ambiguity and eliminating organizational friction.
• Craft organization-wide communications and manage change-management initiatives.
• Develop standard operating procedures and oversee OKRs, yearly budgets, and quarterly business reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI that improves operational efficiency and data integrity.
• Coordinate collaboration and translate priorities across DCID and cross-functional teams.
