Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 5+ years relevant industry experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in managing customer revenue growth and commercial execution.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with customers and escalation handling.
• Provide revenue forecasting by account and ensure delivery of commitments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with on-time delivery and quality.
• Coordinate with site PM and internal teams for program status and issues.
• Manage contract terms, pricing, and commercial decisions.
