Job summary

Libra Industries, a full-service EMS provider, seeks a Program Manager in Ohio to serve as the primary customer interface, managing program needs, profitability and cross-functional execution. You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, materials, quality and logistics teams to ensure delivery, quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Program, Project, or Account Management experience in contract manufacturing.
• Strong communicator and presenter.
• Experience balancing customer and organization needs.
• Collaborative skills with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and others.
• Well-organized team leader capable of guiding cross-functional teams.
• Experience with program and project plans.
• Excellent listening and written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for a specified list of Customers.
• Conduct quarterly customer business reviews with the team.
• Develop and coordinate schedules and programs with customers and cross-functional departments to insure product quality and timely delivery.
• Directs integration and implementation of customer requirements with Libra teams across engineering, manufacturing, materials, quality, logistics and others.
• Account profitability and margin management to meet goals.
• Support Sales to develop programs to increase sales in existing accounts.
• Oversee quotations, new product launches, contract reviews, and engineering changes with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain rolling product forecasts for manufacturing and materials management.
• Provide escalation path for technical and commercial needs.
