Job summary

Amphenol Printed Circuit Board Technology is seeking a Program Manager to lead major customer programs from initial field sales support through order closure and ongoing delivery coordination. The role requires daily interaction with field sales, customers, and internal departments such as engineering, quality, manufacturing, planning, finance and management.

Responsibilities include proposal and quote generation, pricing management, scheduling, risk analysis, and maintaining forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 5+ years in Program Management.
• Experience with cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, resources, budgets and timelines.
• Desirable experience with flex/ridge PCB manufacturing and related assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Proposal/quote generation with strategy, negotiation and closing orders.
• Develop and manage project pricing and deliver against business goals.
• Create and monitor program schedules and milestones.
• Identify cross-functional and vendor requirements for initiatives.
• Analyze risks and produce program reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain active pipeline and forecast monthly, quarterly and yearly.
