Job summary

DCSL is seeking a Program PM to be the face of the company with key customers in Memphis and beyond. You will own the customer relationships at the account and project level, coordinate across facilities, and ensure data accuracy in our systems and reporting platforms.

You will work closely with Warehouse PMs, manage data transfers, onboard new customers, track performance, and support billing accuracy throughout project lifecycles. Occasional travel to DCSL warehouse locations will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, account management, client services, or a closely related customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Strong data and reporting skills, including experience collecting, organizing, and presenting operational data to external stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a reporting or dashboard environment; uses but does not build the company’s reporting platform.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to coordinate across internal teams and outside vendors.
• Ability to balance multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned DCSL customers, building trust and representing DCSL professionally.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements and action for the internal team.
• Own problem-solving at the account level, identify issues early, and keep the customer informed.
• Manage collection, accuracy, and transfer of project and inventory data to the customer, ensuring timely reporting.
• Set each project up in the WMS and the equipment digital twin, keeping both accurate at the account level.
• Maintain the customer view within DCSL's reporting platform, ensuring the right information flows to the right audience.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors to meet project timelines and customer commitments.
• Work closely with Warehouse PMs to align customer needs with site execution and timelines.
• Support onboarding and site launches, helping define reporting structures and success criteria.
• Track project and account performance against expectations, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Own billing accuracy for accounts across the project lifecycle; Senior Director of Program Operations and VP oversee the broader invoicing.
• Drive continuous improvement in how DCSL communicates, reports, and delivers for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the broader operations team.
