Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex hyperscaler programs across multiple facilities, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. You will ensure on-time, on-scope delivery while managing budgets and risks.

The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Scheduling, and Aftermarket Services to meet customer expectations and drive operational excellence. Located in the Fort Worth area with hybrid work options, this full-time position reports to the VP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, project management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Scheduling, Logistics and Aftermarket Services to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Manage customer relationships and align project scope, schedules, and technical requirements with expectations.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables.
• Drive process improvements to enhance execution efficiency and customer satisfaction.
