Job summary

Crusoe in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Events Manager for Community Engagement to design and execute high-impact events in local markets. You will partner with marketing, real estate, government affairs, and leadership to drive community programs that align with Crusoe’s mission and data center initiatives.

You will manage end-to-end event operations, budgets, venues, vendors, registrations, and post-event reporting, aiming for scalable processes and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in event marketing or program management.
• Proven track record delivering high-volume proprietary events with executive involvement.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute events that drive community engagement in local markets.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across marketing, real estate, government affairs, and leadership.
• Develop and manage event project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee logistics: venues, vendors, contracts, registrations, and staffing.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure cost-efficient, high-quality service.
• Create event metrics and reports; propose improvements for future events.
• Establish scalable event processes, templates, and best practices.
