Job summary

NTACHC is seeking a Program Manager to guide the technical and strategic direction of ancillary services focused on community outreach, health education, and maternal/child health programs. You will work with partner organizations to develop tools, strategies and recommendations for service delivery and policy advocacy.

Qualifications

• Master's or equivalent advanced degree.
• 5+ years relevant professional experience in community health.
• Experience with community-based health interventions and health systems strengthening.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, across cultures.
• Grant writing experience including budget management.
• Ability to work independently and as a team; strong leadership.
• English fluency; Spanish beneficial.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful program implementation and achieve performance targets.
• Develop and implement action plans for program needs.
• Collaborate with ethnic and community health partners.
• Consult stakeholders and shape projects based on community health knowledge.
• Translate data into program guidance and policy advocacy.
• Oversee budgets and provide technical support.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Represent NTACHC in donor meetings and coordinate with partners.
