Job summary

Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Centralized Job Center in San Francisco, part of America’s Job Center of California (AJCC). The role directs a team, shapes strategic direction, and oversees career coaching, assessments, and job placement for dislocated workers and those retraining.

You will build partnerships with local agencies and industry leaders and manage grant contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of workforce development programs and feasibility.
• Ability to build partnerships with community and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and supervise a diverse team of direct service staff.
• Train staff on best practices and processes to improve service delivery.
• Assign and audit caseloads to ensure enrollment, job placement & training and retention goals.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Business Administration or Organizational Development or equivalent
