Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive corporate insurance experience.
• Strong expertise in risk financing structures and quantitative methods.

• Background in quantitative analysis and project management.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily corporate risk management operations (contracts, claims, policy administration, compliance).
• Design and optimize global insurance programs across lines (Technology E&O, Cyber, D&O, Property, GL, International).
• Lead renewal negotiations and market submissions, assess coverage for new products and acquisitions.
• Lead integration of mergers and acquisitions into global insurance programs.
• Develop policies, governance, and playbooks; scale risk management function.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, Real Estate, Health & Safety, and Corporate Security.
• Deliver reporting on coverage adequacy, claims trends, risk financing costs, and program performance.
