Job summary

UL Solutions, a global leader in safety science, seeks a seasoned program leader. This role oversees large, distributed programs, driving governance, ROI planning, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders including finance and executives. Hybrid work is required near UL Solutions sites.

You will guide complex programs from inception through delivery, manage budgets, and leverage AI to optimize processes while maintaining strong supplier relationships and governance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability and business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with executives.
• Experience leading integrated teams across multiple sites.
• Ability to plan strategically and manage technology and people resources.

Responsibilities

• Managing the implementation of large and complex programs.
• Provides leadership and support to project teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and standardization.
• Evaluate automation, digital tech, and AI solutions to boost productivity.
• Act as front-line contact for program activities, issues, and risks.
• Manage risks and issues with corrective actions.
• Interface with C-Suite and finance to develop ROI/IRR.
