Qualifications

• Over ten years of project management experience leading large-scale, distributed programs.
• Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
• Experience developing business cases for major capital investments.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and organizational change management.
• Ability to leverage AI technologies to optimize processes and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Managing the implementation of large and complex programs.
• Provide overall leadership and support to project teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.
• Evaluate and deploy automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity.
• Manage risks and communicate with C-Suite and stakeholders.
• Plan, monitor, and govern programs; coordinate interdependencies and budgets.
