Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Management Consultant to provide consulting services for assigned markets or client accounts, guiding projects from initiation through completion with a focus on Building Management deployment.

You will manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, work with clients to define the scope, milestones, budgets, quality control, and risks, and coach others while upholding CBRE's RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects (planning, design, construction, occupancy, closeout).
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project (scope, resources, milestones, quality control, risk).
• Define the project delivery resources from internal teams.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function; lead by example and build consensus.
