Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Project Management Consultant to oversee high-end commercial real estate projects for a large client with facilities across the U.S. The PM will lead initiatives related to expansions, capital improvements, rightsizing, and exits.

The candidate will work from an office, traveling 40% to 50% as required by client needs. The role is part of the Project Management function, overseeing projects from initiation through completion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Ability to read and apply contracts, leases, charters, surveys and drawings.
• Prepare scope of work, budget, cost estimates and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple projects.
• Interface with clients to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project governance, meetings, and reporting.
• Conduct bid evaluations and manage change orders to meet scope and budget.
• Coordinate with project delivery teams and ensure timely communication of status.
