Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Program Consultant responsible for program management services within an assigned market or client account to achieve strategic business objectives. The role is part of the Program Management function, focusing on creating and delivering strategic programs representing major company initiatives.

The position requires managing timelines, facilitating charter development, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP or CMM preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to create timelines, goals, and deliverables for projects.
• Review requirements from multiple sources to resolve cross-initiative dependencies.
• Guide small to medium cross-functional projects end-to-end using a formal process.
• Develop charter and integrated timeline; keep functions on schedule and escalate issues.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and update stakeholders on progress.
• Collaborate with the core team to implement solutions and manage the project team.
