Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a program manager to oversee the planning, execution, and closing of complex programs. The role requires coordinating multiple projects to achieve broad business objectives.

You'll establish objectives, timelines, budgets, and governance, lead project managers, and communicate with stakeholders about risks and status. 2-4 years of experience and a business-related degree are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of program management experience.
• Certifications such as PMP or PgMP are common.

Responsibilities

• Establish program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets in alignment with organizational strategy and goals.
• Lead, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of program activity, including the work of project managers and other staff within the program.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on program status, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure integration and synergy among projects within the program to maximize benefits and efficiencies.
• Evaluate and assess program results against defined success criteria and perform post-program reviews for continuous improvement.
• Resolve complex issues that transcend individual projects and require coordinated solutions across project teams.
