Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Program Manager to oversee customer programs with multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget. You will manage scope, cost, schedule, staffing, and outside vendors, while preparing status reports for upper management and stakeholders.

The role involves coordinating with senior management and stakeholders, guiding program plans, and driving continuous improvement across programs. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years required; 7 years preferred of related experience.
• 2 years of program management and 5 years of project management experience in directing work in a large-scale program.
• Experience with deployment and commissioning of liquid-cooled rack systems and supporting infrastructure preferred.
• Experience managing people in a matrixed environment preferred.
• Excellent computer skills: Microsoft 365, Monday.com, Copilot, Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages programs and possibly project managers that may include multiple large and complex project development from beginning to end.
• Defines scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support business goals with senior management.
• Develops full-scale project plans and communications to manage timeline, dependencies, and critical path.
• Sets and communicates program and project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Liaises with stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimates resources and vendors needed to achieve goals.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives and develops employees to be self-sufficient.
