Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Project Manager in Minnetonka, MN to lead project planning, execution, testing, and go-live activities under PMO governance.

You will coordinate with leaders across Operations, Quality, Finance, IT, and HR to keep projects on time and within budget, while maintaining compliance.

Candidates should bring strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, with experience delivering complex, cross-site initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (or higher) in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum four years of related experience.
• PMP or formal PM training strongly preferred.
• Six Sigma/Lean Sigma certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide project management capability for implementation of small to large scale solutions with detailed plans and budgets.
• Develop and maintain the Master Project Plan and Schedule.
• Ensure governance and compliance of PMO methodologies and objectives.
• Drive portfolio value and strategic alignment through prioritized opportunities and projects.
• Collect metrics, report progress via dashboards, and manage risks and changes.
• Provide training on PMO tools to project participants and partners.
