Magna is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead automotive development programs in Bowling Green, KY. You will coordinate design, tooling, and production activities with vendors and customers, ensuring milestones, cost, and quality targets are met.

You will drive CPMP processes, manage cross-functional teams, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders. A strong manufacturing background and Ford program experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing environment preferred with proven results.
• 10–15+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager in direct, customer-facing roles (Ford).
• Experience with program launches and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages new and existing programs to meet requirements within the facility.
• Coordinate vendor activities for design, tooling and parts to meet cost and schedule targets.
• Prepare quotations for piece cost and tooling and provide launch support at customer locations.
• Maintain CPMP project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Communicate deviations to stakeholders in a timely manner and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee adherence to final budget and liaise with functional departments for program success.
