Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Program Manager to lead strategic, multi-workstream initiatives from vision to delivery, aligning teams and stakeholders to drive business impact. You will shape strategy, own delivery, and establish governance across complex programs.

Ideal candidates have SAFe experience, strong leadership, and a background in web/digital platforms. The role supports a hybrid/remote setup in the USA with office hubs in select cities.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months’ recent experience working in a SAFe team. SAFe certification is a plus.
• Proven success leading complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Experience delivering with technology teams in web/digital space; Adobe stack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate program strategy into clear objectives.
• Lead programs end-to-end delivering key business outcomes and measurable benefits.
• Champion ethical, responsible decision-making across stakeholders.
• Stand up and lead cross-functional program teams including PMs and specialists.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability across groups.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Ensure alignment between outputs and business goals.
• Track, measure, and deliver benefits outlined in the business case.
• Design and implement governance, reporting, and assurance frameworks.
• Monitor performance, address risks, and ensure program integrity.
• Manage dependencies across initiatives and secure resources.
