Maximus is seeking a Senior Director to act as the overall Account Leader, driving the success of the client relationship, program delivery, and technology-enabled transformation within complex enrollment and premium processing programs. The role collaborates with executive stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are met and sustained, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 12–15 years of professional experience in a related field required.
• Experience leading government services programs within the Health and Human Services sector.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in client-facing environments.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis.
• Ensure contract compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Lead project strategy, scoping, budgets, schedules and staffing.
• Mentor and develop operational managers and staff.
• Drive governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and responses with leadership.
