Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Director to serve as the overall Account Leader, driving strategy, program delivery, and client satisfaction for complex enrollment and premium processing programs. You will partner with executives, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimization.

This role requires occasional travel to support client meetings and program activities, with a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and technology-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 12-15 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Experience leading government services programs within the Health and Human Services sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing profit and loss statements to ensure profitability.
• Ensure program operations comply with contract requirements and state/federal regulations.
• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation and stabilization.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and staffing to meet project objectives.
• Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and technology-enabled transformation.
