Job summary

The Boeing Company in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks an accomplished Chief of Program Management to lead a $225M BI&A portfolio and a 500+ team across engineering, software, cloud, data, AI/ML, and cyber initiatives for the Intelligence Community.

As a member of the BI&A Executive Leadership Team, you will shape strategy, drive growth, ensure mission success, and mentor leaders while collaborating with customers and industry partners. Hybrid work with on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Experience leading large IC programs (> $100M).
• Experience staffing IC programs and P&L responsibilities around $100M.
• Proven ability to develop growth strategies and manage relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of programs with strategic, operational, financial, and technical performance.
• Develop and execute a profitable growth strategy with Strategy and Growth teams.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive execution across programs with focus on technology roadmaps, contracts, and finances.
• Lead a high-performing workforce and leadership team, focusing on talent development.
