Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics seeks a Chief of Program Management in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will lead a $225M portfolio with ~500 BI&A employees and subcontractors, delivering mission-critical engineering, software, cloud, data, AI/ML, and cyber solutions to the Intelligence Community.

Reporting to the CEO, you will own program execution, profitability, customer relationships, and workforce development, guiding growth and innovation while upholding BI&A values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 15+ years supporting the MPO Intelligence Community with deep understanding of customer missions.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex technical teams and programs.</br>
• Experience leading large IC programs (>$100M) and staffing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead program, strategic, operational, financial, and technical performance.
• Develop profitable growth strategy with Strategy and Growth team.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive execution across a portfolio of programs against roadmaps, contracts, and financials.
• Build, engage, and retain a high-performing workforce and leadership team.
• Partner with Engineering and Innovation to champion technology insertion.
