Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Bellevue, WA to own and execute strategic cross-functional operations and technology projects for the Same Day ROOT team. You will scope large initiatives, coordinate with senior leaders, and drive delivery across fulfillment, inventory, and labor planning to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Define a strategic framework for under-the-roof operations, including driving innovation that improves the under-the-roof processes and continuously removes cost from our fulfillment and delivery network
• Thinking creatively about how technology can enable a better cost structure, lower overhead, and better engagement
• Gathering and analyzing data across business functions to establish global standards for supply chain and product fulfillment
• Managing cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes
• Innovate to improve customer experience and continuously remove cost from our fulfillment network
