Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Program Manager to own high‑impact customer programs and factory stand‑ups that support its defense and aerospace mission. You will turn ambiguous problems into structured analyses, create program strategies, and develop business cases for go/no‑go decisions with direct P&L responsibility.

You’ll work with the CEO and senior leaders to align shop-floor realities with executive priorities, driving proposals, schedules, and risk management across a national manufacturing

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting, federal programs, manufacturing, or operations/strategy.
• Experience owning programs or workstreams, not just supporting them.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Operations, or Engineering.
• Willingness to travel 20-40% domestically.
• U.S. citizen or eligibility for U.S. security clearance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define new programs and execution phases with senior leaders.
• Run customer discovery and site visits to shape programs.
• Surface risks and drive mitigation and execution plans.
• Own production stand-ups end to end, including budget and schedule.
• Build executive-ready proposals, pricing analyses, and ROI models.
