Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC seeks a Program Manager II – MILCON to support the NSIC MILCON program at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will lead as a dedicated PDT member, coordinating with NSIC leadership, mission customers, project managers, and Base Civil Engineering to ensure timely delivery.

Required are a U.S. citizenship, TS/SCI/SAP eligibility, PMP certification, and Primavera P6 expertise.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess, or be eligible to obtain and maintain, the security clearance up to TS/SCI/SAP.
• PMP certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction project and program management.
• Experience managing complex design and construction projects.
• Expertise using Primavera P6.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong risk management practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide MILCON program and project management support as a PDT member.
• Coordinate with NSIC leadership, mission customers, and external agencies.
• Support MILCON design and construction management activities.
• Develop MILCON project requirements and DD Form 1391 inputs.
• Communicate construction progress and impacts to NSIC personnel.
• Prepare weekly activity reports and meeting minutes.
• Provide strategic advisory products aligning execution with NSIC mission.
