Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking an Information Systems Manager to lead and manage complex IT projects for NETCOM. You will provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership across contracts, oversee subcontractors, and drive planning, documentation, and risk management.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, a Secret clearance, and US citizenship, with onsite work at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree.
• 5+ years of related IT experience.
• 8570 IAM Level I Certification; ITIL 4 Foundation Certification.
• Security clearance: Secret.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead/Manage/Support customer projects with contract oversight.
• Develop technical project plans, proposals, and reports.
• Coordinate logistics for deployments and fielding.
• Serve as client liaison and cross-agency/vendor coordination.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technology.
