Providence is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide advanced program leadership for the Office of the CMO Operations, guiding multiple projects to achieve regional goals with stakeholders across PSMS and clinical teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, change leadership, and disciplined execution of design, implementation and spread to realize measurable benefits, while partnering with executives and clinicians.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or healthcare-related area.
• 5 years of managing project work and/or programs with senior/executive leadership.
• Clinical program management experience; partner with clinicians.
• Experience working closely with senior/executive leadership.
• Master's degree preferred; Lean/Six Sigma training preferred.
• PMP within 3 years of hire; 2 years in clinical/healthcare setting.
• 1 year of people management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead coordination, management and alignment of multiple projects.
• Provide expert consultation with stakeholders and leaders.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets; maximize team efficiency.
• Act as a change agent, guiding projects through design to spread.
