Job summary

Sechan Electronics, Inc. in Lititz, PA seeks a Senior Program Manager to act as the primary customer contact, oversee contract management, and lead integrated program teams for successful project execution.

You will drive opportunities, align contracts with proposals, manage schedules and budgets, mentor teams, and lead continuous improvement while traveling as needed to support customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline.
• 10+ years of program management experience bringing new products into production.
• Demonstrated understanding and application of earned value management (EVM) on programs exceeding $1M.
• Proven people management, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proposal writing and mentoring with captures exceeding $5M in value.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance.
• PMP certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for customers; manages contracts and changes.
• Leads integrated program teams; coordinates with customers and suppliers.
• Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Develop proposals, initiate launch strategies, and oversee negotiations.
• Align customer contracts with Sechan proposals for project execution.
• Translate customer requirements across the organization.
• Create comprehensive project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Manage schedules; mitigate schedule-related risks for customer satisfaction.
• Articulate project financials; implement risk mitigation and lessons learned.
• Lead improvements in business processes to drive efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the company vision.
