Highmark Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead multi-million-dollar implementations across Medicare, Medicaid, and D-SNP portfolios, navigating CMS and state regulations while ensuring compliant, high-quality care for vulnerable populations.

You will align clinical, compliance, provider network, actuarial and IT teams, drive programs within scope, time, and budget, and manage a matrixed team of professionals and contractors to expand market footprint.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Technology Management preferred.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering IT solutions and government programs.
• PMP or PM certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble project teams and maintain program plans.
• Direct cross-functional activities to achieve program objectives.
• Collaborate with executive sponsor to define business objectives.
• Monitor progress and financial health of projects; report to leadership.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Partner with procurement for contracts.
• Manage vendor relationships per contract and SOW.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
