Job summary

Stellar Innovations & Solutions Inc. seeks a Program Manager to join our project support team to manage assigned Task Order(s). You will provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership, assess issues, and ensure productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals are met.

This role handles scope, cost, schedule, and performance across tasks. The position requires a current/active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain, plus PMP or equivalent, Security+ CE, and US

Qualifications

• Proven program management experience on large, complex task orders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to coordinate with government and clients.
• Knowledge of scope, cost, schedule, and performance management.
• Ability to develop technical plans, proposals, and administrative reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Program Manager for large, complex task orders and coordinate with Government Contracting, Task Order Managers, and customer agencies.
• Oversee overall task order management and ensure timely implementation of technical solutions and schedules.
• Act as primary point of contact and escalation for assigned projects; maintain up-to-date risk and issues logs.
• Develop plans, proposals, reports, and task order documentation; prepare future strategy for work.
