Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead the DISA Business Systems Portfolio, overseeing personnel, budgeting, and technical performance for key admin, financial, and HR systems. The role requires PMP certification, a bachelor’s in IT, and a Secret clearance.

You will coordinate with IT leadership to align program outcomes with mission priorities, mentor staff, and contribute to capture and growth efforts while ensuring on-site performance at Fort Meade, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar IT field required.
• 10+ years managing a program with annual budget > $9M.
• PMP certification required.
• Knowledge of AI solutions.
• Demonstrated success in client growth on-contract.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing personnel and supporting business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial, technical, administrative, performance, and personnel aspects of the Gv&E contract and component awards.
• Integrate key enterprise platforms and data services for seamless data exchange.
• Present regular program reviews, metrics, and executive briefings.
• Develop and maintain a Program Management Plan (PgMP) for oversight and planning.
• Mentor team leads and set measurable goals for staff.
• Serve as primary client relationship manager within the program office.
• Support capture, proposal, and business development activities.
