Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of federal, healthcare, technology, or program management experience.
• Experience leading project activities/workstreams, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, or stakeholder engagements.
• Experience developing executive briefings, status reports, dashboards, and client-facing deliverables.
• Experience synthesizing complex information into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of projects/workstreams in digital health, AI, and healthcare innovation initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements, fostering collaboration and consensus.
• Develop executive briefings, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables.
• Lead project planning, monitor milestones, identify/mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and project teams for timely task completion.
• Develop monthly progress dashboards and program status reports to support contract reporting and decision-making.
• Lead kickoff meetings and support evaluation plans and project completion reports.
• Perform other programmatic, analytical, and strategic duties as assigned.
