Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a project manager role or project leadership role
• PMP certification or equivalent training preferred
• Healthcare industry knowledge preferred
• Experience with industry standard software development lifecycle preferred

Responsibilities

• Define program strategy and roadmap with cross-functional activities and projects.
• Lead Program Managers and teams in developing and maintaining comprehensive plans.
• Collaborate with Executive Sponsor and Business Owner to achieve program objectives; monitor scope, schedule, budget.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and deliver status presentations.
• Adhere to PM methods, lifecycle methodologies, and audit requirements; support improvements.
