Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to define, plan, and deliver complex programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing interdependencies within scope, quality, time, and budget. The role involves leadership of project managers and contractors to achieve program objectives.

The candidate will monitor program status, communicate with executives, and ensure adherence to PM methodologies and audits while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in a project manager role and/or in a project leadership role.
• Health Care Insurance industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives program strategy and approach with cross-functional teams.
• Plans and maintains program roadmap with cross-functional activities/projects.
• Leads Project Managers and Program team in developing comprehensive plans for a defined program.
• Monitors, evaluates and reports on program status incl. scope, schedule, budget.
• Develops positive customer relationships and presents status to stakeholders.
• Adheres to Highmark project management methods, lifecycle methodologies and audit requirements.
