Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of complex HR initiatives. The role partners across HR, HR Technology, Operations, Finance, IT, and vendors to drive measurable business outcomes.

The position requires guiding cross-functional teams without direct reports, managing executive-tier priorities, and ensuring successful delivery amidst organizational change; emphasis on governance, risk, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a project manager role.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide HR, operations, technology, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting executive leadership priorities and strategic organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, strategic HR programs and projects from initiation through implementation.
• Partner with executive sponsors, HR leaders, and external vendors to achieve objectives.
• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources.
• Facilitate alignment across multiple stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
