Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a project manager to lead mid-size to large initiatives from concept to delivery. You will plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget, manage resources, risks, and stakeholder communications, and drive quality throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Office-based position with travel and healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessments.
• Scope Management: Define and manage project scope, ensuring all deliverables align with business objectives.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources (human, financial, and material) effectively to optimize performance and meet project deadlines.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, communicating progress and managing expectations.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, maintaining RAID log.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare status reports and maintain project artifacts and approvals.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and motivate project teams.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures.
