Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related discipline preferred.
• MBA or equivalent business training is a plus.
• 15+ years in biopharmaceutical industry with strategic leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional drug development programs and lifecycle management.

Aufgaben

• Lead the cross-functional Program Team to define and execute an integrated molecule strategy.
• Own and evolve the Target Product Profile (TPP) and Integrated Development Plan (IDP).
• Drive key program decisions with stakeholders and functional leaders.
• Prepare and deliver program updates and strategic recommendations to Executives and Board.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
