Formación

• Advanced degree required (PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA, or equivalent).
• 11+ years in clinical drug development with oncology/Ct science (CGT, CAR-T, TIL).
• Strong cross-functional leadership and strategic thinking.
• Experience with regulatory interactions (FDA/EMA).
• Proficiency with program/portfolio management tools.
