Welcome to the Tarsanet Internal Career Center! in Irvine, CA is seeking a Director of Translational Science/Pharmacokinetics to shape PK/PD strategy across discovery, nonclinical and clinical development.

You will lead internal and external activities, guiding dose planning and regulatory submissions to move programs forward for patients. The role requires an advanced degree with extensive PK/PD expertise, a track record of cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex data

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in pharmacokinetics or related field with ≥10 years experience (≤15+ yrs for bachelor/master).
• Extensive PK, DMPK, bioanalysis, clinical pharmacology experience.
• Proven track record driving impact across discovery to development.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience coordinating with external labs/partners and regulatory documents.

Responsibilities

• Define PK/PD strategies across discovery to regulatory submissions.
• Lead CROs and external partners to ensure data quality and timelines.
• Guide candidate selection and clinical dose planning.
• Represent PK on cross-functional teams and governance forums.
• Develop and interpret nonclinical PK/PD studies.
