Welcome to the Tarsanet Internal Career Center! Tarsus in Irvine, CA is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead late-stage drug development programs from Phase 2b/3 through regulatory submission and launch readiness.

The role partners with the Program Team Lead and Development Core Team to drive cross-functional strategy, integrated development planning, and disciplined execution across pivotal trials and regulatory filings, with a hybrid work setup in Irvine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of biotech/pharma product development experience with 5+ years in project/program management.
• Experience managing drug development programs from pre-clinical through Phase III.
• Bachelor’s degree in biopharmaceutical-related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Working knowledge of GxP/ICH guidelines and health authority interactions.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cross-functional program strategy and integrated development plans for late-stage programs.
• Maintain functionally integrated program timelines across clinical, regulatory, CMC/manufacturing, quality, nonclinical, medical affairs, and commercial activities.
• Lead cross-functional planning for pivotal (Phase 3) trial execution and topline readouts.
• Drive regulatory submission planning and execution with Regulatory Affairs.
• Support launch readiness planning across clinical development, regulatory, medical affairs, commercial, and supply chain.
• Identify and mitigate program risks; maintain a program risk register.
