Job summary

Parallel Bio is seeking a Corporate Program Manager to steward the company’s most important programs and initiatives. You’ll sit close to the executive team, translating strategy into a cohesive, measurable plan across functions and time zones.

You will own roadmaps, OKRs, and planning artifacts, ensuring a single source of truth and on-time delivery of critical initiatives that guide the company’s growth in biotech and AI-enabled drug discovery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting senior leadership or operations in biotech, deep tech, or science-driven environments.
• Experience stewarding high-stakes programs and materials as the single accountable person.

Responsibilities

• Steward the company's highest-priority initiatives with defined scope, owners, and timelines.
• Support the Executive Team on critical initiatives with real-time visibility into status.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Science, Platform, Technology and Executives.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to align resourcing and timelines with budget constraints.
• Surface risks, remove obstacles, and resolve dependencies.
• Own the migration of projects and history onto a single project management system.
